About the SAORA Tutoring Programme

The South African Old Roedeanian Association launched the SAORA Tutoring Programme in 2020. Recently matriculated Old Roedeanians have the opportunity to tutor Upper Junior pupils and Senior School pupils who require support with their schooling. The Old Roedeanians earn an income and reap the rewards of giving back, while the pupils will benefit from tutors who understand the high standards expected at Roedean.

The programme is open to pupils in Form UIV to Matric, and Old Roedeanians who matriculated within the past 5 years may apply to become tutors. Tutor sessions may be conducted at Roedean School, at the pupil’s home or via online platforms – subject to tutor availability.

We trust that the programme will continue to be well supported by our Roedean parents, pupils and Old Roedeanians.

We invite Old Roedeanians to apply for tutoring support for their school-going children in Grades 7 to Matric.
